Travis Kelce Buys $6 Million Kansas City Mansion With Its Own Mini Golf Course

Travis Kelce appears to be putting his money into a new home.

The Kansas City Chiefs tight end and rumored Taylor Swift beau closed on a Kansas City mansion Tuesday for just under $6 million, TMZ first reported. The new property is in a gated community, which lines up with reports that Kelce was looking for more privacy amidst the heightened attention he’s been getting related to his Swift-adjacent social life as of late.

The 34-year-old previously purchased a seven-bedroom home in Kansas City in 2019 for $995,000, according to the New York Post. He signed a four-year deal with the Chiefs in 2020 for $57 million, and has an annual salary of $14 million. He also has a number of endorsements, as well as the New Heights podcast he co-hosts with his brother, fellow NFL player Jason Kelce, of the Philadelphia Eagles.

Last weekend, Travis and Taylor hit the town in New York City, first making surprise appearances on Saturday Night Live, then attending the show’s afterparty and canoodling even more the next day. The football player said on an episode of his podcast Wednesday that he’s “protective” on dates, and that Swift’s security team is “great, they’re good people.”

Travis’ new pad, in addition to being more secluded from the prying eyes of paparazzi, reportedly has six bedrooms, a swimming pool, and a waterfall.

Let’s just hope that there’s ample closet space, or plans to turn one of those bedrooms into another mega-closet to hold Kelce’s 300-plus pairs of sneakers and collection of online shopping spoils.
